I have a unique background for a real estate professional. I hold degrees in Engineering, Planning and Architecture. And, I supplemented that with a certificate in Business Management. So why with all this education am I a Realtor? Because I get great satisfaction from helping people with their home ownership needs whether that be buying or selling.

What’s important to me ?

• The relationships I develop with my clients.
• The homes that I sell. I love it when they have well thought out interior spaces that sparkle with light and enhance livablility…when they fit with the neighborhood…when they minimize their impact on the environment. I can help you see those potentials in a home.
• Time. It is precious and so I use it wisely and try and be sensitive to your time constraints. I do the up-front work so that I can show you the right homes based on your specific needs.
• The environment. Yes I know it is almost clichéd so say that these days but the disproportionate number of my clients who walk, cycle or own a Prius is testament to my values in this area.
• Books. I have over 10,000 in my collection, most focused on architecture and housing and how house design is influenced by culture and values.
